Expedition Station - Payment Policy

To book our condo, we require the following:

• 50% Deposit at the time of booking
• Final Payment due 45 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival - full refund
• Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival, full refund only if condo is rebooked.

Guest Reservation and Renters Agreement Forms

• Renters Reservation Form due at time of booking.
• Guest Renters Agreement / Damage Waiver form must accompany final payment.
